Yes, of course. If there are services and products that you would like to order and they are greater than your wellness allowance, you can contribute the remaining balance on checkout via credit/debit card or you can purchase complete transactions with your own funds.

There are several ways that you can search for products and services.

  • 1. Search By Goal - Use thesearch bar in the centre of your homepage and enter a goal that you would like to achieve or a challenge that you are (e.g I want to run a half marathon or I have lower back pain)
  • 2. Search By Location – Enter your postcode or use your Current location and select the category and service you are looking for
  • 3. Search a Business Name – At the top of your homepage in the yellow box, type the business name you are looking for
  • 4. Search by Category – If you know the category you are interested in, select the category tile on your homepage and solutions will appear in your area

Once you’ve found a product or service you want to purchase, click "Order Now" which will take you through to "Checkout." Follow the prompts to enter your information and pay with your wellness allowance in your wallet and/or with card payment.

Your wallet will have a balance provided to you by your employer that you are to use. If you wish to use your own funds we also accept allcredit and debit cardspayment methods.

After placing an order, you can track its status by going to "My Account" > “My Orders”. You’ll receive updates via email as your order progresses.

You can cancel all orders free of charge within 24 hours of making the order. Go to "My Orders," select the order, and choose "Cancel". If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the partner’s return process. All business that provide services have their own cancellation policy, this means that although you cannot cancel your order after 24 hours of making your order, you can modify or reschedule your booking directly with them more than 24 hours from the booking time.

Each business has their own return policy. You can view their policies at the bottom of their business profile on Bocoflex. If you have any queries, please contact our support team on [email protected] for assistance.

After receiving your order, go to "Submit Reviews" tab on your “My Account” page. Select the completed order, and click "Leave Feedback." Your reviews help other userson our platform.

If you encounter any issues, contact the business directly through their contact details in your “My Orders” tab. If the issue is not resolved, escalate it to our support team via [email protected]

Go to "View Profile" in your “My Account” profile to update your personal information, shipping address, and payment methods.

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions to reset your password. A reset link will be sent to your registered email.

Yes, our buyer protection policies ensure that you receive your order as described. If there are any issues, we will work with you and the seller to resolve them.

Seller ratings and reviews can be found on the seller’s profile page and on each product listing page. This information helps you make informed purchasing decisions.

We update you in several ways:
1. On your homepage you will see a “What’s New on Bocoflex” area, in this section all new businesses, products and services over the previous 2 weeks will show.
2. You will receive weekly emails to let you know new services and products available on Bocoflex that week.
3. You will receive personalised recommendations (on the first of each month) to services and products suited to your preferences, needs and search history.
